The students from [C.R.T.C.](https://thecrtc.org/) recently attended a field trip to [Nashua Community College](https://nashuacc.edu/) to learn about [the Mazda Pathway,](https://nashuacc.edu/program/automotive-technology-mazda/) the Mazda Automotive Student Training (MAST) connects schools and students with Mazda dealers to create a Mazda-supported technician career path. This two-year degree program features hands-on automotive lab experience working on actual automotive problems in a real shop atmosphere. This “live work” approach lets students apply skills by performing work on vehicles needing repair.

Students had the opportunity to hear from knowledgeable speakers, such as John Hay from Mazda North America, as well as representatives from [Grappone Automotive Group](https://www.grappone.com/) and [Peters of Nashua](https://www.petersauto.com/). Adam Memmolo from NHADA was also present to discuss scholarships and give out swag. This field trip provided students with a great insight into the automotive field, as well as potential career opportunities.
