The New Hampshire Automotive Education Foundation (NHAEF) is the non-profit arm of the NHADA. With strong forged relationships with NH’s Community College System and Career and Technical Education Centers (CTEs), we can help you find qualified technicians for your business.

Board of Directors

HIGH SCHOOL Students begin their Automotive training at the High School level at one of NH's many Career Tech. Education programs.
COLLEGE Students continue their Automotive training at one of five NH community colleges earning an Associates's degree.
ON-THE-JOB Students gain on-the-job experience during their college-level education at an NHADA member business.
HIRED Students graduate from community college and begin their Automotive career at an NHADA member business.

Our Mission

Attract, educate, and retain employees of the automotive workforce through continuous industry promotion and financial support. We award over $100,000 each year in scholarships.

Growing The Workforce

The automotive industry is in high demand and careers in auto are very rewarding.  Together, we have built a support system to ensure that any student who is interested in pursuing this path has the resources, education, and training they need to be successful.  By working together, we can grow a sustainable and viable workforce.
