NHADA has teamed up with ApprenticeshipNH, a state-funded program to help train your employees.
Includes:
- 2000 hours of on-the-job training outlined in the apprenticeship standards provided by the employer
- Related instruction: two courses provided by one of the five NH Community Colleges
- Agreement between employer and apprentices
- A ONE-PAGE agreement between the employer and NHADA to participate in the program

Resources available through grants to the Community College System of NH:
- A fully-staffed ApprenticeshipNH office and financial resources to:
- Assist with recruiting, screening and hiring potential apprentices
- Provide funding for apprentice training and education
- Support apprentices by helping to overcome barriers to their education or successful on-the-job training
