Recently MaryBeth Alosa, President and Dealer Principal of New England Kenworth, surprised Concord Regional Technical Center's (CRTC) Charles Mewkill, Diesel/Heavy Equipment Technology SkillsUSA contest winner, with a full sponsorship to attend the National Competition! They even included an added bonus: a fully-functional diecast Kenworth model truck and a new Kenworth jacket!
The Diesel Equipment Technology SkillsUSA competition was held on March 16, 2022, at New England Kenworth in partnership with White Mountains Community College (WMCC). Contestants were tested on electrical, equipment and PPE, precision measurement, axel differential and driveline, air and hydraulic brakes, diesel engines, fasteners and torque, and tool identification.
